How to measure
- Bust — measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
- Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
- Hips — measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, on unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bras, briefs and panties, bodysuits, swimwear and shapewear cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed. Items marked final sale are not returnable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Winteres works in small production runs rather than mass volume. Producing in limited quantities lets us keep a close eye on finish and fit, and it means we make what we can actually sell rather than overproducing.
Every piece is inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
