Shipping Policy
We currently ship to 36 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and South Africa. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Processing
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Delivery times
Delivery times include processing. Pre-order items are made to order and follow their own timeline.

Pre-order items
A pre-order item is still in production when you order it. Every pre-order product page shows this clearly, above the buy button, together with its estimated delivery of 10–20 days from the date of order, processing included.
Mixed orders. There is no need to place two separate orders. If your basket contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order ships in two parts: the in-stock items are dispatched first, and the pre-order piece follows as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. You receive tracking for each shipment.

Shipping rates
A flat rate of $9.99 USD applies to orders under $200 USD. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $200 USD or more. Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Order page. Mixed orders receive one tracking number per shipment.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.
