TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller Identity
This website is operated by Dynasty Group LLC ("Winteres," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, located at 5830 East 2nd Street, Casper, Wyoming 82609. 2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through winteres.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Products
We make every effort to present our products accurately, including colors and descriptions. Slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item.

4. Prices and Currency
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless a currency selector indicates otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable seller charges but exclude shipping fees and any import duties or taxes, which are calculated at checkout or on delivery where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. The contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability; if payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in full.

6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Total estimated delivery is 8–12 days, processing included. Pre-order items are made to order and follow their own timeline: estimated total delivery is 10–20 days from the date of order, processing included. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it ships in two parts, the in-stock items first. Shipping is $9.99 for orders under $200 USD and free for orders of $200 USD or more. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. International Orders, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. Where these are collected at checkout through our international checkout provider, the amount shown is final. Where they are not, they remain the responsibility of the customer and are payable to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover the return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed: lingerie, bras, briefs and panties, bodysuits, swimwear and shapewear. Items marked final sale are not returnable. This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to you.

10. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@winteres.com. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our returns process.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynasty Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
