If you are not completely satisfied, return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
What is not covered
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed: lingerie, bras, briefs and panties, bodysuits, swimwear and shapewear. Items marked final sale are not returnable.
